Excellent service, room is clean, will be better if hotel can contact us ahead for the Nagoya station shuttle bus to Gero. :) arigatogozaimasu

We had a wonderful night at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings with magnificent views of the autumn leaves all around. It’s worth it to wait until autumn to come to this hotel. We loved the onsen and the true Japanese experience of Kaiseki afterwards. Vi was a lovely staff member that helped us with our meal on the night. Wonderful service from everyone and worth the price! Thank you for a memorable stay!!

The Hotel can be more user friendly by providing :
1, benches or chairs at the hotel entrance for guests to take-off/put-on shoes.
2, some hangers in the room to hang clothing and towels.

Nice view, nice in-room dinner and hotspring. Very good services. Will go again and stay 2 nights to enjoy the time to go hiking.
