Hotel location where next to JR Station is perfect and the mountain view is good.
Hotel staff is nice and professional. But the hygiene was terrific as my husband said there was big 🦗 in the tatami bed when I was having hot spring with my girl. Lucky to say that my daughter and I didn't see it or otherwise we must get crazy and request to change the hotel room.
One more thing to take improvement is that there was bad smell in the toilet.
Tourists shall be reminded of the business hour of the restaurants nearby. Most of the restaurants close early at 3-4pm. You must reserve the dinner set in the hotel or otherwise you better buy some foods in family mart or Lawson.

Next to JR station, large hotel in good conditions even though it’s an old hotel. Buffet breakfast is very good with too many choices Japanese and Western food.
My husband had stomachache in the middle of the night, I called front desk to ask if they have medicine, the staff who answered could not understand English, he then sent a young staff came to check what I wanted, luckily he understood and gave us medicine. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent service!

Ok ok can stay lah room vy big but I felt kind of dusty in the room .. toilet kind of old but good experience for the big kids to stay in a traditional Japanese-style rooms that come with a unique interior design that includes tatami mats as flooring (not heated tho 👎🏼👎🏼) the room that I select was about 81 sqm and this Ryokan hotel-like facilities is almost 80 plus years old nice outside old inside time for some revamping ya 😅 3 big Onsen bath house on diff building some with view some outdoor also be prepared some days the town does not have places for dinner most restaurants do not open for dinner only one Lawson mart is available have to make reservations with hotel early if u can otherwise will end up eating Maggie noodles in the room 😂
