Service staff were quite friendly. Room is similar to photo shown in booking description. The toilet smelled bad (sewage pipe smell) and the stench filled up the room space. But overall not a bad stay as the price is very worth for the size of the room

The room is big enough for family size. The staff is friendly. However, the toilet smelled badly and there was no free parking available. Overall it is considerably good.

Good location. Near to lots of food stalls. Room was cleaned everyday. Reception was friendly & helpful. Will book again when we visit Penang.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is ideally to walking distance eatery places... The room is big and clean ... My family and I enjoyed the stay.

This is our second time to stay here. It is still clean and comfortable even though it is a 3 star hotel. Easy access to food and a night food street market. If you want to go to the old Town also in a walking distance

Staff are very friendly and the location is fabulous, nearby have many restaurants.
While if there are parking slots that will be even perfect!
Suggest them to add few hooks in the toilet so that we could hang up the clothings while having shower.
