Windmill Upon Hill by The Flash

Booked one night (which turned to a nigh**are) for 30 April 2023. Stayed in West Block (WB) , 13th Floor, unit 06. See the attached photos of key cards, room conditions and message exchanges with the management. It was a horrific night. For the time sake, read this :＞ there was no toilette paper when we entered to the room at 9:50 pm, we asked toilette paper at 10:07 pm. Management responded at 10:08 pm, said “ok will send staff”. Guess when toilette paper was sent? NEVER What was the management’s rep since next day “ NOTHING except ignorance. The message exchanges are attached to this comment entry. It was shocking. Dirty used clothes were waiting for us in front of the room when we arrived (see photos) The receptionist were too young and not efficient with dealing customers, the guard who tried to tell you not to park there without explaining where the park park is etc …. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.

My family and I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. What a disappoin**ent and waste of our money. It took over an hour to collect our entry key. Once we collected the key, it took a very long time to get on an elevator to our room. The master bathroom shower was very dirty. There was a strange odor (sewage smell) in the room. The elevator never really worked - had to wait a very long time every time we had to leave or get back to the room. Needless to say, we will never come back. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Very speechless about this stay. We booked a room at Windmill but when we went to the Windmill reception they said the room was managed by another management located at Geo38. So we had to drive to Geo38 to check-in and drive back to our room at Windmill, and had to drive to Geo38 to checkout the very next day. Funny thing was, we check-in at 5pm and received the email telling us to check-in at Geo38 first before going to Windmill at 7pm. Thanks for nothing. And the room wasnt good either. Dusty air-conditioner, smelly cupboard and towels, no television, no refrigerator, no tea or coffee, no bottled drinking water, no free parking. I would give negative ratings if i could, total waste of money and time

This is the second time we booked with Flash Suite. We booked Two Bedroom Superior this round and they free upgraded to Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite. Even though the information shows this unit is supposed to be bigger but I felt that the original unit is bigger maybe due to the design. There is no plug around the dining table. Luckily I brought my own extension. The water heater in the second bathroom is not working. No issue with the bathroom in the master bedroom. There is 1 parking allocated even though it is a 2-bedroom. You will get 2 parking allocated if you book 3-bedroom and above. If you need second parking, you need to press a ticket like you're going into a shopping mall. Parking rate estimated RM10-15/day.

We stayed here for 4D3N in a 3BR apar**ent. The place was decently clean and well equipped. View was also great both from our rooms and the pool at level 41. Perhaps it was off peak when we were there but the lift situation was not as bad during our stay; only had to wait about 5 mins each time. Lots of eateries within walking distance as well.
