Dirty rooms, leaking shower cabin, clogged drain, no heater in the bathroom, stains on the bedspread, no curtains or carpets.
Bad service, I called the hotel and the clerk couldn’t speak English and just hung up the phone.

Amazing staff, everything was like one the picture, the only thing was air conditioning which was faulty, apart from that good value for money, very clean place, I will stay again there with my 2 other friends.

Overall I had a great experience. The room was clean and it’s in a great location. The front desk staff were very kind and had lots of good recommendations for places to go and where to eat. The hotel is similar to a hostel in that you can get a shared or private bathroom. It felt safe and comfortable and I would recommend for anyone looking for a simple place in a central location.

Excellent value for your euros or dollars or whatever your currency may be. Friendly staff, homey atmosphere and excellent advice about places to see in Genoa and thereabouts. Nowhere else in Genoa can you get a better place. Highly recommended.

We booked 3 nights at this hotel but had to cancel due to a positive COVID test for our child, in the departure day, as we could no longer enter Italy under these circumstances. No refund was made, although the hotel promised that they would give us back the money provided they would sell the room for the respective 3 nights (they even requested bank details for the refund!!!). The room was back on sale on *********** the same day and was double sold to other guests for SAME 3 nights, but the hotel promise was not kept: we did not receive any of the money back. Such a shame!

Peligroso.,inseguro,Booking se tendria que hacer cargo del reintegro.
Ya que ellos promocionan el lugar.

Albergo situato a pochi metri dal porto ma i vicoli da attraversare sono tremendi mal frequentati e molto inquietanti, la camera è mediocre.il personale è gentile ma è un Esperienza da non ripetere!!!!!!

Logement au rdc invivable car ne pouvant pas laisser les volets ouverts ni en journée ni le soir, fenetre avec barreaux sombre. Rue très mal famée bruyante ou il y a bcp de trainiaux, saoulaux dhommes qui emmerdent les passants hotel peu rassurant ou on ne sait même pas si on va retrouvé ses affaires. Pas de frigo dans les chambres

Ottimo albergo in posizione centrale e facilmente accessibile, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, camere pulite e accoglienti. Wi-Fi gratuito e tv in camera. Mia moglie e io soggiorniamo in questo albergo ogni anno e ci siamo sempre trovati bene.
