Mooi hotel met wat gedateerde kamers. Wel netjes en schoon. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Ook kan je gebruik maken van de fitness ruimte en het binnen- en buiten zwembad.

Bij aankomst in het Hotel waren ze vergeten dat we een hond bij ons hadden en ze ons hiervoor een dag van te voren een mail voor hadden gestuurd terwijl we begin Mei al geboekt hadden en hierbij tot 2 keer toe aangegeven hadden dat we met een hond kwamen, we hadden extra voor het hotel gekozen omdat ze mooie moderne kamers hadden, vervolgens kregen we een traditioneel kamer wat uiteraard minder was dan de geboekte moderne kamer, uiteindelijk heeft de mevrouw aan de balie op aandringen het tarief van de hond (€60,- voor de gehele week) eraf gehaald , wat uiteraard erg netjes en keurig is opgelost. Het hotel ligt in een schitterende omgeving, met het centrum Seefeld als leuke uitvalsbasis voor eten / drinken en leuke winkels. Vanaf het hotel zijn verschillende leuke wandelroutes voor ieder een keuze. We hadden geboekt met Halfpension en het zowel het ontbijt als avondeten is uitstekend en erg goed. Grote fitness en prachtige Wellness om lekker te ontspannen na een wandeling.

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

Fantastic stay at mountains hotel it was a magical pre Christmas trip .facilities were great outdoor heated pool & hot tub looking at snow covered mountains

Firstly, il start with saying that it was a pleasure to stay here for a few days. It is fantastic to have witnessed the cleanliness, friendliness and the culinary spectacle that awaited us each day. The atmosphere of the newly renovated hotel is fantastic, the bar area is extremely clean and the staff everywhere is helpful, patient and caring. Even with my allergies it was treated right and with care. The outdoor spa area is exceptionally clean, with a stunning view of the mountains, however the indoor pool was slightly dirty in some areas. The renovated rooms are very nicely decorated, and the bathroom has to be the cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. The food was always great, breakfast had a buffet with large variety. Dinner could be chosen from 3 main-course options presented at breakfast each day, with a starters buffet and dessert included as well. We will definitely will be back again.

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited.
The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel.
Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size.
On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex.
The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

NO smile at all, NO greeting like “good morning”, staff ALWAYS FROWNING, literally all staff is UNFRIENDLY!
