This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to Gaziantep. This year I stayed between July and September. Everything was fine. But I have some criticisms from the perspective of a tourism professional. Because I have been coming to this hotel regularly for 7-8 years. First of all, I would like to congratulate the restaurant chef and waiters. My criticisms, 1-The rooms (bathrooms) are starting to get old. They need renovation. 2-It is necessary to consider a more spacious and spacious hall for the breakfast room. 3- I think the SPA, which I have always been pleased with, has changed hands. It is wrong to employ young Balinese girls who do not know massage, especially for cheap labor. There is no elevator directly from the rooms to the SPA. 4-I found the restaurant inadequate when it comes to Gaziantep kebab cuisine.

Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.

It was a hotel where we were constantly staying before my pandemi .. After many years, I saw that it did not disturb its quality. Pandemi den önce devamlı kaldığımız bir oteldi..Yıllar sonra kalitesini bozmadığını görmekten mutlu oldum

Very pleasant stay; great service. Gorgeous spa/sauna + great massage services. Up to par with other 4/5-star hotels in other countries. They also let us check in early and check out late.
We tried the restaurant in the hotel and really liked the fish soup (balik corba).
Some basic Turkish is recommended if you want to communicate clearly with the hotel staff!

Hotel was clean, staff wore masks, where helpful and polite. Room was slightly on the small side, but bed was comfy. Breakfast was one of the better ones I have had in a hotel.
