The recitation was very very very rude with us, I think i will not book again un thia hotel , they must respect customers more than they did

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and rich, the beds are not very comfortable, room wasn’t very clean as a 4 starts hotel.

It was our first time traveling to Gaziantep. The city has a lot to offer especially kebab. The hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast was amazing, people are extremely nice. Definitely recommend.

Although location is far from downtown, it is just at the tram station for Only $ 0.32
fantastic breakfast buffet and lots of options
clean and big rooms with lots of equipment
many entertainment
- staff may need to be more friendly and to great guests
