Environment is nice, staffs are welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but food is just so so and overpriced. The private beach area is small, and not that clean if you walk a bit far from the beach chair area.

島上服務很好，人員都很熱情，房間略舊一點，但是其他都很好。有私人沙灘還有很多探索項目都可以提前預訂，酒店有一個所以項目的時間表，想去都可以預約

在接近春節的時候定的加雅島度假村，果然名不虛傳，環境 服務都是一流的。房間很乾凈很大，特別是那個超大的衞生間，讓人難忘！但要提醒大家，房間務必隨手關門，島上的猴子會進入偷吃的，還好僅限於吃的，我們被偷了酒店的付費方便麪，哈哈結賬時照樣需要我們買單。
島上浮潛划船等都是屬於免費項目。在這裏度假放空兩天是一份美好的選擇！

Gorgeous and friendly staff who are able to serve and cater special trip arrangements. Water sport center arrange great boat snorkeling! Must join and be early bird as quota is limited with boat capacity!
Their house reef is beautiful with well-preserved coral garden, though not very big area, do have a great variety of fishes you can see.
The only drawback is, food variety of buffet can be more enhanced or to be more specify in local Malaysian food.

先説碼頭那個女的服務就很差，順要交按金，我們衹有銀聯的卡，想説給現金，因為白天買了東西不太夠就一臉鄙夷讓人不爽，後來才知道不用給，可以結束後一起結賬，酒店環境不錯，水屋服務也挺好有中文的，帶我皮划艇和潛水也不貴，酒吧服務員態度也不好，好像衹會服務外國人，問點問題就不耐煩，酒店衹能在那裡吃飯，晚餐難吃而且貴，對了最後退房除了上島費還要收每人每天一個服務費，強制性的

淡季來的，人少價優，島上消費還行，用餐費用，往來船衹費用（沒必要詬病，因為***a島的確有島費，找別的船上島除了船費也要付島費，而且行李託運方面還沒保障，所以還是建議在碼頭度假村辦公室辦理直接上島，全程有服務）約等於第二次房費，日料用餐時間太長了（2小時還是國內再吃吧）要定提早，因為在島上，所以多要點驅蚊液（anti mosquito spray）超級好聞，而且真的很有用。
度假村有自己的酒店培訓機構，所以所有人都很熱情（浮潛擦傷後還有專員貼心護理）基本見到客人都會熱情微笑打招呼，最棒的就是海景日出了，日落是在船上需要預訂大概350mr/人，最佳日出房源請鎖定818和820房，晚上記得全熄燈看星星。島上活動比較多，皮划艇，浮潛（酒店入口有設備租用/免費），私人沙灘，喂海龜（僅下午2點，所以衹待一晚的請儘早上島）。***a island resort這個選擇很棒，會有想要帶家人再來一次的沖動。最好呆2晚！

가야에서 보낸 너무너무 행복한 시간이었어요!!
기념일이라구 백조도 만들어주시고
일정상 1박밖에 못했는데 여긴 무조건 2박은 해야할거같아요
아무것도 안하고 바다보며 누워만 있기에도 부족한시간이고,
(대부분 유료이긴 하지만) 즐길거리들이 많이있어서
지루할틈이 없습니당~
방에서 보는 뷰는 진짜 미쳣구 원숭이랑 도마뱀친구들도 보고,
타바준베이는 가능한 꼭 다녀오시구 그곳에서 먹는 런치도 맛있었어요
스노클링하면서 물고기들도 많이만나구
너무 즐거운 시간이었습니다🩵

服務：態度都挺好的，提出的問題都會幫忙解決，路上碰到所有服務員都會點頭微笑跟我們問好。早上沙灘上會有人用掃子清理刺腳的東西，保持表面沙子都是細軟的，路面也是看到會有人噴防蚊噴霧和清掃樹葉。傍晚我看到有幾衹猴子在餐廳外的樹上逗留，也會有服務員去驅趕。雖然有好幾次打電話去前台沒人接，可是過會兒也會打回來道歉並詢問情況。座機電話如果打不通，可以用手機打去前台找人來修理電話，攜程上留的電話不對，應該是這個 +60189391100
房間：如果經濟條件允許的話，建議還是訂價格高的房型，陽台上可以面對着大海，房號是數字8開頭的高一點的是最好的，不過缺點就是離沙灘和餐廳有點遠。數字7開頭的房間就比較近。房間設施的確有點舊了，燈光比較暗，沒有配洗手液或者肥皂，空調遙控在牀頭櫃隔壁，比較隱蔽。如果一家子覺得睡同一張床比較擠，床尾的沙發可以讓管家上門to make the sofa bed，會幫你將沙發鋪好床單，枕頭和被子。我老公就是睡沙發，將大床留給我和女兒，就不感覺擠了。
主要有4個餐廳：
1.Feast Village，早餐在這裏享用，也算挺豐富的，菜式每天都會稍微有點不同。午餐單點，雖然價格有點高，可是分量都很大，也可以打電話給前台轉餐廳或者步行至這裏叫Room service，就可以送餐至房間，大概半個小時至一個小時內就會送到。我口味比較清淡，所以菜單的WatTanHor（滑蛋河粉）和Farfalle Ai Fungshi（白汁忌廉蝴蝶意粉）比較好吃。甜品分量也是很大。餐廳會有一位會講中文的服務員，溝通沒問題。晚餐是自助餐，也可以單點，自助餐品種不多，但也可以將你吃飽吃撐，最好吃的是蝦片了。
2.Fisherman cove，不接待12歲以下小童，而且成人需要穿正裝，所以我們也沒有去嘗試。
3.Omakase，有鐵板燒和壽喜鍋是按人頭算價格，300多人民幣一位，我們嘗試了壽喜鍋，實在很不值得，分量很少，一人一衹蝦，青口，金針菇，烏冬這些，在國內估計就100多塊錢的價值，而且很多時候服務員都不知道去哪了，要去找才過來，真心不推薦。
4.Tavajun bay，就是沙灘旁的酒吧，happy hours的時候門口小黑板的飲料是買一送一，午餐有漢堡包，披薩這些
SPA：非常值得推薦，超級舒服，推薦80分鐘，大概600人民幣，可真的讓人很享受，會問你力度合不合適，按摩完之後超輕鬆的。
在島上會時不時碰到猴子，估計是有人在陽台餵它們，所以我們還看到4-5隻猴子圍在陽台上了，不過不去看它們也不會過來招惹人。早上退潮的時候沙灘會有一些小沙蟹，海水比較清澈，但海里的珊瑚都s了，魚也是黑和白色的多，可以看得出酒店在努力的維護好原生態，在島上發發呆，還是挺好的~
