This is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.

距離威尼斯機場2個小時車程，湖邊環境優美清凈，酒店有米其林餐廳，老婆很滿意。
整個房間設施中規中矩，在歐洲算是比較新凈。
做了一個SPA，服務還可以。游泳池比較小，整個酒店規模也不大。

Perfect hotel, wel vernieuwde kamer vragen , lekkere keuken , prachtig zicht , mooie tuin rechtstreeks aan het meer, gewoon perfect, zeer vriendelijk personeel, wij komen al 15 jaar en ieder jaar beter en beter, ieder jaar vernieuwen ze kamers

Zeer fraai en sjeik hotel. Straalt grote grandeur uit. Het hotel is gelegen direct aan het water met eigen aanlegsteigers. Heerlijk om tussen de middag in het restaurant te lunchen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kom hier zeker een keer terug. Ps voor mensen die auto’s willen spotten is dit zeker de place to be.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is very nice, beautifully maintained. The staff are completely professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, from the breakfast, which was very varied to the wellness center, which could therefore be open longer than 19:00. The only thing we were disappointed about was our room, namely the bathroom. I understand that it is a historic building, but even the bathroom in a 3* really looks better. And one more detail, when you check out, you don't do it at the reception as is customary, but they take you to the "office" where they are very nice, but you look at the work "mess" and strewn files.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location with incredible staff. This place is really top class, the staff are all amazing and brilliantly attentive. The restaurants are incredible also, Pescartore being our favourite. Stefano and the concierge team recommended some great local restaurants and places to visit. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The Grand Hotel Fasano is a wonderful place and fulfills all needs you could have. The house and it’s site are very beautiful and the team is highly skilled and very engaged. The Barchef has an incredible knowledge about drinks.

Very elegant hotel with wonderful staff amazing amenities located beautifully directly by the lake. Amazing views from rooms, bar and restaurant. Very nice Spa. Great fine dining restaurant with very decent value for the price and extremely friendly staff. Remarkable breakfast buffet and awesome outdoor patio overlooking the lake. We will come back soon.

Beautiful hotel on shores of lake Garda. Outstanding service & excellent meals in restaurants BUT I did not like the live trapped white birds in a cage in the main reception. Why? All guests I spoke to didn’t like it and the staff were powerless to release them. I would love to go again but not whilst the birds are there
