我覺得這個酒店挺乾淨的，雖然他靠近一中，但是總體來説還是不錯的，就是那個枕頭上有就是看到頭髮。建議入住的寶貝們可以自己帶一條枕巾或者一次性的浴巾鋪在上面。嗯，這個是屬於自住型的哦，就是不可以把東西放在老闆的前台什麼的就比較不方便。在贛州玩得很開心哦，這一趟旅途挺值得的。

姐姐人非常通情達理，給我們升級了房型還延時退房，房間打算也乾淨，體驗感好好。

各方面都還好，就是被單枕套肯定不是一客一換，有圖有真相，最不能理解的就是上午十一點多就催退房，可見房東毫無格局，還強掉十二點必須要退房，續住要馬上付費

找不到地方，打電話態度非常差還讓自己找，學校幾個門也不説哪個門，地圖上都找不到這個地方，而且他自己定位在別的地方，搞的我們轉了好幾圈都找不到，在外面溜達了幾個小時大晚上的。好不容易找到了，我在手機上訂的一米五的雙人床，他説沒有，他手機上的是一米二的單人床，什麼意思啊，想坑錢嗎？而且房間炒雞垃圾，廁所一股騷味還有煙頭，廁所沒沖很臟，洗澡的也很臟，床睡的還不舒服，都是一根一根的彈簧頂的背很不舒服，還有蚊子咬了一晚上。

昨天晚上到贛湘苑賓館跟我朋友兩個人走上走下找了一圈沒找到一個人，打賓館留的電話也沒人接！然後定了別家酒店住到第二天起來發現這家賓館竟然顯示已入住！我人都沒在你這裏登記入住你怎麼辦的入住！早上到現在一直打電話也打不通！糟糕至極！

#好評#對鄰近餐廳滿意；#負評#對酒店氣味，房內採光，性價比，鄰近店舖，房間佈局失望；最近薛之谦来南昌加上银行考试酒店爆涨的新闻想到我这个还没有评论，我也是因为考试定的酒店，平时房价50几，一到考试就涨一倍多，主要卫生非常非常非常差，墙壁地板是脏的，床上还有头发，明显没换被套，你收那么贵好歹提前一天打扫一下房间吧，房东倒是热情，也只剩热情了，估计也是希望顾客不给差评吧。下午还有考试酒店是12点退住，上楼时老板还特意“好心”提醒续租+10快哦，呵呵呵

地方找不到，聯繫酒店，酒店説沒房了，她不舒服，叫我退房，但是根本就不可以退房
