房間廁所會有味道，房間設施舊了，廁所門也很難開關，床單也有臟跡。主要是地點好，步行可以到達很多景點，像鬱孤台，灶兒巷，古浮橋這些。服務員態度也好，酒店隔壁的餐館也是好吃。

優點：離鬱孤台很近，可以走路過去。酒店斜對面就是古城牆，可以沿着古城牆經過各景點到達宋代古浮橋。
缺點：設施較舊，衞生條件較差。停車位少，不過可以挺酒店對面的馬路邊

從海南迴來，趕上降温，下午在服務區還穿短袖，晚上到達贛州就降温20度，趕緊換上羽絨服。雖然位置離宋城文化區很近，但晚上6.7點周邊很冷清，黑洞洞的都關門了，沒地方吃飯。網上查附近吃的，有推薦客家大院，但也有人説巨坑人。我諮詢酒店，酒店也推薦客家大院，就相信酒店了。溜達到客家大院，樣子是挺好看，但味道實在難以下嚥，預製菜，真是沒吃過這麼難吃的飯菜。這麼貴還這麼難吃，也是忒氣人了！酒店推薦實在不負責任。

位置非常好，一線江景，旁邊就是景區，夜市非常熱鬧。店家服務也非常熱情，自駕開車非常方便，就在馬路旁邊。

酒店位置還是很好找的，而且還有地下停車場方便自駕遊，環境雖然舊了一點，設施也落後一點，畢竟在這個旺區不容易，去附近景點真的很方便，吃玩逛非常方便，而且新年價格也不貴值得參考。

在西津門旁邊右轉下去是酒店停車場，投影房在4樓，矮了。什麼江，給樹擋了！毅然換回另一種房。反正有電梯，住到了6樓，那才叫江景房。。。温馨提示:他這還有一個是繼續樓梯上7樓的也是客房，訂時看好來喲。。。

房間挺好，也很乾凈，幾乎是離贛州古城、宋城、蔣經國先生舊居、八境台、鬱孤台等旅遊景點最近的酒店！全部步行可達！

酒店規模不小，位置就在贛州西津門，離宋潮不夜城很近，兩公里以內基本涵蓋贛州主要景點，八境台、浮橋等等遊玩方便。

房間乾淨，整齊，大廳氣派。整個周邊都是小吃，飯後公園散步消化，非常的便利，值得親子游或者親朋好友一起來。
