1. The rooms were not clean
2. The washroom is too dirty
3. Ac not working. 4, tv and locker service is useless, not working. 5. Doormats and bedsheets are not clean, no response after too many reminders. 6. Water bottles are of extra cost. 7. Property is on 8, 9, 10, 11 floor. You can use lift till 8th floor only for 9, 10, 11 you have to use stairs which is very pathetic. 8. Lots of ants are there in the room. After complaining the staff says we will clean once you leave the room. Totally pathetic responce overall review zero. Do not stay here. The cost is also very high as compared to the price.

The super delux rooms are spacious, however, there was some smell in the room as well as the corridor, felt like they have recently did some furniture work. All in all didn't get a fresh feeling after entering the room. Also some plugs were not functioning especially those near the bed, so it was kind of inconvenient.

Very good service and staff i recently stayed at an outstanding hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service provided by the staff made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The room was not only spacious and beautifully designed but also spotlessly clean, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail. The hotel’s amenities, from the luxurious spa to the well-equipped fitness center, offered a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Food, room services and attentiveness very very poor facilities may be new. For the money paid it is not worth at all.

The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are big and very clean. Only drawback is the complimentary breakfast, that's below avg.

The hotel's reception is on the 8th floor. From 8th to 11th they have rooms. When ever you are coming from outside you have to first go to 8th floor than go to reception for access to 9, 10 or 11th floor. You can't go directly there. On the other hand they don't have the door lock inside the room, i stayed there for 3 days and several times the housekeeping staff entered directly in the room this is very pathetic.

We booked a family suite for 3 nights. It was a nice stay there. Hospitality and food was 10 out of 10.
