Thanks to Ahmed for such recommendation, and provided care. We fail in love with such customer service care by all team members specially guest relation manager Wissal! She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

服務：餐廳有不會說英文的服務員，且有服務員態度不夠積極，需要加強

Urban marriot hotel in Tunis. Very clean room with rooftop pool and lobby lounge. Luckily, I am a platinum member, and I enjoy the M club lounge every day. They have the happy hour with Tunisian alcohol like butter or wine. Also the food is delicious.Sofiene and Amal are excellent staff for great service and hospitality. I will stay next time, thanks.

My stay was great Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The food was of exceptional quality, and the cleanliness perfect, the staff's friendliness added a warm touch to the experience. Amal, in particular, stood out with her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. This level of hospitality truly made my stay great .

Beautiful hotel to stay in a good location near to the airport, the room has been comfortable and immaculate, amazing stuff!! Amal is my favorite!! Breakfast was delicious. Great service. It was an excellent experience I will for sure be black.

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this hotel treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where I've felt so welcome by so many people from the reception, to the people you walk by into your room, Amal was amazing!! she is extremely kind and always asks us to make sure our stay was good. Freakfast buffet was enjoyable. Everything was nice.
