Hotel is very nice and clean. There is no where in the description that says you will have to pay to park. I believe this is a disservice to your guests. We are paying to stay there, parking should also be included. Putting the slip in the car that shows we are staying there should be enough, we should not have to pay $10 to park in your lot. I have NEVER had to pay at any hotel to park in their lot. Crazy policy.

Loved the location very clean new hotel. I wish more hotels with hardwood floors. Didn’t get a chance to use the amenities ie the gym or pool cause it was too cold nor did I try the breakfast because I had to get on a cruise ship but this would be my go to hotel when I’m in Galveston. Very close to the beach boardwalk and my new favorite restaurant The Spot and also it’s near the pier which has the rides and games for the kids

It was a good stay. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of seating space in the lobby. I was a little disappointed in the view; we requested a balcony with a beach view and the only way we saw the beach was by looking out the window to the right or sitting on the balcony. Other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel was very nice. I believe their idea of an ocean view and my idea of an ocean view are 2 different things. I had a view of the 24 hour ER out my window. I could see the ocean but I had to get into the end of the balcony and look sideways. Also, a coffee pot and an ice bucket would be nice to have provided. Other than that, it was a great place

Loved the view and being near the ocean. Did not like that there wasn't a microwave and coffee pot in our room.

The tru rooms are more like hotel rooms the home 2 rooms are like suites! Both are good just different

There was no closet, drawers, coffee makers or drinking cups. It was very minimalist and small. We had a balcony that faced the gulf which was enjoyable. My husband went down to the check-in desk and asked for drinking cups and a blanket. There was no one at the check-in desk when we left. It was a pleasant experience. If we had realized how minimalist, it was, we wouldn't have been so surprised.
