Hotel is by the beach where you can walk across the road to go to the beach.

The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

Upon arrivingbwe has to go to Walmart and purchase a candle because the room smelled so bad. Their were NO drinking glasses anywhere. Just disposable small plastic cups. We also had to purchase drinking glasses. Behind the commode there was active mold. The A/C worked perfect. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

I have stay at many hotels and this is one of the most dirtiest.
There were bed sheet stains and the room odor is horrific.
It smells like public bathroom urinal.
Unfortunately, there was no other romm availble since late check in.
Dogs were barking constantly.

Room had an odor, had to buy a room air freshener. Lots of humidity in room. Towels never dried all night. Tub faucet leaked all night.

Evening staff was very y friendly. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a staff member to even come to the front desk. Weren’t helpful. No milk at breakfast. Tables at breakfast area were all dirty.

Our stay was pretty good. My only complaints would be that the floors were a bit dirty in the room. It made our white socks turn black just from walking around. The beds were very hard to sleep on as I’m used to a much softer mattress. Also there were broken tiles in the shower which contributed to the mildew smell.

My room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and very nice. Vending machines did not work. no ice was a bummer, bags don't last in a dorm fridge. Otherwise great 8 days!

Mold in the bathtub, lobby doors locked and staff ignored or knock. Had to call the front desk to let them know their elevator was broke and they had a lady in a wheelchair upstairs. Employee was uncaring and replied there was another elevator. I asked her to place a sign and was rudely hung up on.
