我正常訂的房間 有的是房間不給我安排 就給我安排犄角旮旯的地方 還説是臨街比較吵 我想請問 你家在房間上標註了是靠近道邊還是怎麼樣了嗎？領着朋友過去 去了就説我訂的房間是特價的 加錢可以換房間 就你家這服務員 也真是沒有腦子 我這輩子都不會在從你家定酒店

房間乾淨整潔，服務周到暖心，位置停車方便，周邊餐飲方便，周圍環境安靜，賓館設施齊全。出差入住非常合適。

真的是很不咋樣的酒店，東西老舊。甚至覺得有點兒噁心。淋雨噴頭不知道為啥，都發黑了

在蓋州五天住店體驗：
環境：酒店在巷子裏，出來就是很繁華的街道，大小超市有很多，餐館、影院就在附近，離火車站也特別近，很方便。
服務：在營口入住最貼心的酒店，服務很到位，無論前台還是客房清掃，都能夠主動與客人問好，主動為客人按電梯。客人提出的服務需求都能夠得到解決，能夠使用禮貌用語。可以體現出酒店在員工培訓方面很用心。
衞生：房間乾乾淨淨，物品碼放整齊。白天和晚上都會有清掃服務。
設施：設施完備，床和被很舒服。熱水出水很快。花灑有點堵。隔音不太好。
很好的入住體驗，感謝服務人員的熱情服務。做好中小城市連鎖品牌，希望艾居做得更好！！
