Check in took over an hour. We were 6 couples and booked 6 rooms and they tried to put us 2 couples to a room and they tried to overcharge us. We asked for 2nd keys to our rooms and couldn’t get them. Air only stays on with a key. There was 2 elevators but one was closed off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good size and clean. View was awesome- pool was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
My experience:
1. The receptionist that has the morning shift always had an attitude, and always ignored us when we approached the Desk. He seemed like he did not want to work at all.
2. They say they have a Buffet, but in reality they have someone serving very small portions of only scrambled eggs, 1 arepa, 1 bread and two pieces of papaya fruit. You cannot go back for more. You get what you get.
3. The building feels abandoned. There is no type of maintenance there ants all over the couches in the lobby when you first walk in.
4. The pool is very dirty and no one working in those areas.
5. The jacuzzi schedule is not followed or respected. The guest are suppose to have an hour of jacuzzi time. When we arrived there was a family that didn’t want to leave so I called the receptionist and no one helped us or had been or respected the time that we are required.
6. Cold jacuzzi
7. Shower is cold water.
8. Only one elevator working.
9. Far from everything.
Over all not worth it at all.

I really like the building is very clean quiet, the staff was very nice, just be aware is located in Rodadero south means is far from the beach and the rodadero taxi is needed to go there.
The other thing is the wifi goes in and out.

The hotel charged $300,000 for the identification handles and I really felt cheated having to pay for this

I booked this stay for my mom’s and aunties vacation. They were thrilled about the warmth of the staff members, the location, the breakfast ( super delicious and affordable ), the cleanliness of the place, their pool, the service… basically everything! My aunties called me just to make sure I leave an excellent review and I BELIEVE THEM. MUCHAS GRACIAS!!! De parte de las 4 señoras que estuvieron con ustedes todo el fin de semana. ＜3

Nice, well-kept rooms, HOWEVER, deficient in things such as hot water (water was not even warm), Internet was extremely weak and only useful in certain areas. We reserved the jacuzzi and it wasn’t working when we got there. We reported the problems and they said they were going to send someone over to fix it, but never did. Kitchen staff was friendly and kind. Food was good.
