Lo único realmente valorable es la comida y los empleados, muy amables siempre. Pero las habitaciones son chicas, oscuras y sin muchas comodidades. Los tours que venden tienen sobreprecio y no siempre prometen lo q cumplen.
La playa está a dos cuadras, lo cual también es un punto a favor.
El sector en donde está ubicado no es muy lindo, no está bien cuidado (evidentemente no es culpa del hotel, pero es bueno saberlo).

I had an absolute amazing experience at this hotel! First off, ALL the staff is so friendly and helpful with anything that you need. Breakfast included in the morning is delicious and I was even able to enjoy it on their patio outside. The rooms are great, clean and cute with Air conditioning. The best part is the location! It is located just close enough to the beach ( less than 5 min walk) and on the side by the mountain so it is relaxing and quiet even though you are close to everything. I was able to do my work on my computer on the patio as I work remotely. They also provide you with a beach towel which is always nice. Plus the nightly price is unbeatable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Santa Marta, I would recommend to anyone travelling here. I can honestly say that this hotel made me love Santa Marta even more.

El hotel fue reformado y pusieron todo su empeño en la recepción y parte de la fachada. Creo que las habitaciones las pintaron, las camas están bien. Pero no mejoraron los baños!!!!! Son anticuados horribles y muy mal mantenidos. Mi abuela decía: La cara bonita y Cxlx Cagadx. ( 😂😂😂) eso le paso al hotel Valladolid!!!! Las habitaciones son diminutas. Las camas limpias. El desayuno estuvo bien para el precio. Comento un detalle de mal gusto con el valor del servicio: reserve y me dieron un precio y lo pague y cuando llegue me di cuenta que el valor para 2 personas era inferior al que el operador me dijo que costaba. (No tiene políticas de precios claras) del resto puedo decir que es normal. Tiene Aire acondicionado y se percibe seguro.

El hotel es agradable, las habitaciones muy comodas es bonito y tranquilo la comida es muy buena los empleados son muy amables y atentos en especial el señor richard y la señora adriana, super recomendado 10 d 10

Tuve una estadía muy placentera. El que el hotel sea "pet friendly"me permitió llevarme a mi perruna. Le ofrecieron una camita confortable y los platos de comida y agua. Los empleados son amables y serviciales. Están pendiente que todo te vaya bien . La localización es perfecta. Aunque está en pleno centro turístico la calle es libre de la algarabía del turista. Gracias por su amabilidad.

Viaje con mis papás y nos encantó el hotel. Los cuartos bastante organizados, el personal es muy amable y lo que más me gusta es que aceptan a las mascotas. Las comidas fueron regulares (en la noche).

Estuve con mi esposo y mi padre, la gente del hotel es muy amable te colaboran en todo y la señora de la cafetería es muy atenta... Mi esposo quedó encantado con colombia.. 🇨🇴🇪🇸 Recomendado además queda cerca a la playa..
