Hotel le Pozze di Lecchi

The property was nice and most of the staff was welcoming. We had the lower level room and the shower head kept falling off when you turn on and off the shower which we let the staff know about, and the temperature fluctuated a lot. For the price we expected functionality and better quality. The staff was kind even providing coffee water snacks etc outside of their breakfast and dinner hours.

We really enjoyed this hotel and the warm welcome we received. Their restaurant is excellent! It was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip - every course was special and offered at a great price. No need to leave the property for an amazing Italian meal.

Relaxing location, friendly helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 days and explored Tuscany. Great base. Swimming pool was just up and running at the end of April when we had it to ourselves. Nice walk across country to the next Village

What a super hotel which is a restored mill. Not easy to get to but worth it. The staff are amazing - really helpful and attentive. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool with bar! The restaurant is excellent and caters for all tastes and diets. Breakfast is generous and the rooms lovely with excellent views. Highly recommended

Incredible location, stunningly beautiful inside and out. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such hospitality and warmth. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a great selection to offer. The staff were beyond attentive, genuinely friendly and wanting to do everything they could to improve my stay. It was so memorable. A special mention for the attentive, efficient and charming staff: Vincenzo.

Very pleasant stay with a good staff, comfortabel sauna and what really blow my mind away was the delicious food. Really, when staying here you just want to reserve every evening at the restaurant. Also very close to Siena.

Avevamo deciso di passare una giornata romantica nel chianti , abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la bellissima spa privata esposta nelle foto del sito . Chiamiamo per prenotarla e la receptionist ci dice che non c era bisogno di prenotarla a telefono ma potevamo farlo una volta in hotel . Arriviamo verso le 15.30 e la receptionist ci dice che la spa è a nostra disposizione dalle 17.30 fino alle 18.40. Allora dopo una passeggiata e un aperitivo con patatine datate, alle 17.30 siamo pronti per la Spa ma la spa era occupata. Allora la receptionist ci dice che si era confusa con una prenotazione della settimana scorsa chiedendoci scusa ci offre uno sconto per il disagio e che potevamo usufrire della spa alle 21.00 . Ovviamente dopo cena e dopo un viaggio di due ore è mezzo a quell ora volevamo dormire . Allora la receptionist ci prenota la spa per la mattina seguente alle 9 lasciando un messaggio al suo collega di attivare la vasca idromassaggio alle 8 . Il mattino seguente dopo la colazione entriamo in spa è l'acqua era fredda ( siamo esperti di spa visto che ne giriamo molte) , il bagno turco rotto. Siamo usciti delusi e sinceramente anche arrabbiati . Ci è stato detto che l'acqua era alla temperatura giusto proprio per prenderci in giro . Stanza fredda al nostro arrivo e anche durante la notte . Nel frigobar una sola bottiglina d' acqua in una stanza matrimoniale. Il posto è bellissimo e anche l'hotel ma il personale non è all'altezza . Sbadato, scordinato , poco organizzato ... sinceramente ci siamo rovinati una giornata e buttato soldi perche lo sconto era davvero misero rispetto a quanto promesso.

Chiamata la struttura per prenotare un orario per la SPA privata, mi è stato detto che andava fatto una volta arrivati sul posto. Arrivati là, ci è stata data disponibilità per le 17:30, salvo poi ricordarsi che era già tutto prenotato ed occupato. Rimbalzati alla mattina seguente, il bagno turco non funzionava, e l'acqua della vasca era ancora fredda. Camere fredde, all'una di notte apro il frigo bar e c'era solo una bottiglietta d'acqua, ho dovuto bere dal lavandino. La reception disponibile solo in determinati orari. Ristorante e location ottimi, purtroppo pessima organizzazione, sembra gestito da non professionisti.
