This is the kind of hotel that goes out of its way to make your stay pleasant. From offering free valet parking, to a great restaurant onsite to a culture of "yes". Love this hotel and the people that work there. Everyone is lively from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant waiters. Excellent.

The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are comfortable. The issue is that they do not make your room… only every four days! You have to ask for new towels and leave the trash outside the room to be collected. Non acceptable for the price we are paying.

Very convenient to the hospital and most of campus.
Reasonably priced restaurants nearby and a few fast-food choices, too. Excellent in-room coffee maker! Wireless phone charger.

What a great stay. Awesome large room and loved all the amenities. Nespresso maker and L’Occitane shower stuff. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Gainesville and walkable to downtown and UF restaurants if you don’t mind getting some steps in (1.5-2 miles each way). Very modern and attractive building. Valet only which I normally don’t like but they were fast and also very helpful and nice.

Limited dining options and extremely overpriced restaurant.
No housekeeping unless requested.
Nice spacious suite with limited storage for clothes.
AC/Heat blower never stopped, but got used to it after a couple of days.

The check-in and check out process was super easy. The valet staff were fast and efficient. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with anything you would need. The restaurant was delicious. The gym was well equipped with peloton bikes and what I swear was all the equipment TRX has to offer. I will stay there again for my next business trip.

We had an outstanding one night stay while visiting our grand-daughter at UF. The hotel was conveniently located on the edge of campus. The hotel and onsite restaurant were excellent, the staff very accomodating.
Check in/out at the front desk was quick and very customer service friendly. Complimentary valet service was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend.
