PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I read so many reviews & considered the good with the bad. However, nothing could have prepared me for this location. I had to spend hundreds of dollars to rent another room at an entirely different hotel because the room was so disgusting and smelled terrible. From the moment I walked into the office I could smell sour/mildew/animals… but once I made it to our room… I COULD NOT BREATHE!!!! Everything, including the linen was so dirty! The front office was so used to peoples surprise to the condition of the hotel, she was just like “I don’t clean the rooms.” Worst, Worst place EVER!

Needed a place to crash. Was a bit irritable when I checked in, long day of driving. It could use a renovation, but maybe for hot Florida the exterior entrance was good for a breeze. It met my basic needs. There’s a kitchenette but nothing to cook with let alone eat or drink from so if you need that then make sure you bring your own. Location was ideal for being on the road and needing a place by the interstate.

Very quiet and peaceful setting. They even had 2 luggage carts at the ready right at the entrance. Also had a small grab and go breakfast in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel seems to be used for section 8 housing. Not everyone’s cup of tea for an overnight stay. Policy of $100 deposit for a one night stay. Property is rundown, dark and dirty. There are better choices in Gainesville.

Electrical outlets did not work, remote control device did not work there were ***** being done and the next door unit they're just bad people hanging around, met a policeman who said she had to remove two people recently. Just a bad overall experience bed was uncomfortable bathroom tub was clogged up when I drained just everything about it was horrible

Hotel showing its age...in every way. Furniture looks old...refrigerator rusty and generally old looking. I75 is
Very close and noisy. Desk staff mostly friendly if approached. Pieces of trash get walked past and not picked up by anyone after many days.

Needless to say I don’t know how this place is open! There were roaches in the tub, floor, sink, and everywhere they could freely roam. Dirty qtips on the floor, there was hair on the counter and fridge, all appliances were rusted just some spots spray painted over. We laid down for 3 hours before we just felt so itchy and had to leave.

First off I found tons of black hair on bathroom sink. Shower head leak. Carpet was nasty
