Overall ok with the room.
It is a strange thing why the hotel don,t allow taxi to drive in todrop the passenger-hotel guest.
Hotel guest have to carry big & small baggages from the main road. The entrance & parking area packed with cars. There are no way for taxi to drive in.
The entrance is terrible.
Trip.com have to send team to inspect the hotel site.if this hotel is on your website to sell.
I.m think disable passenger have no way to walk from the main road.despite the location is near Fujian Provincial Hospital.
This hotel is not user friendly as far as entrance & exist are all blocked.
As far as safely concern. No way to escape. The main entrance /exist are parked with cars.
I have comment at the hotel lobby.the receptionist don,t find it strange.
It is not near 3alley 7lanes. I walked about 1km. +
Train is 1 station away. Same apply to dongjieko.
Luckily it is straight road & streets.

The location of this hotel is ideal, surrounded by numerous shops and conveniently situated near both bus and train stations, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, and clean, offering great value for money. The staff at the front desk are all very friendly, and they even offer a complimentary bottle of fresh tea everyday, which is really nice! Only drawback is carpark lots are not easily available.

Average hotel by a foreigner's standards. Not bad. The room decor is a little dated and dark. Bed was comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of places that are much nicer for that price, but I have also stayed at places much worse. More of a 3 diamond hotel, not a 4.

酒店位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台橙橙服務很好，很主動、熱情。早餐不錯，品種多。退房時送的白茶飲料很好喝。整體很滿意，下次來福州還會入住這家酒店。

這家酒店真的非常棒！地理位置方便，房間乾淨寬敞。床品非常舒適，讓人擁有一個美好的睡眠。酒店前台橙橙的服務也非常到位，能及時解決問題，很貼心。設施也齊全，早餐豐富，值得推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，床品舒適，酒店的地理位置優越，靠近地鐵站，周邊吃的也多，前台 橙橙 服務態度很好 不錯。

整體還可以，算比較有性價比。
酒店離三坊七巷不遠，走路大概20分鐘。附近路口就有地鐵站，想去其他景點也方便。玩累了回來正好泡個澡放鬆下。
酒店前台橙橙服務態度很好非常熱情，有問題都迅速幫忙解決了。
衞生整體比較乾淨。
幾個不方便的點：停車，車可以停在大廈的地下車庫二層，但是地方非常不好找，而且車庫下去非常陡，門口欄桿不會自動起桿，得瘋狂按喇叭告知裏面。電梯得到負一才有，車停負二，得拖着行李爬樓梯。
花灑：房間的花灑不能靈活調整，一直都是朝上的，水柱會亂噴。

地理位置在中心，帶長者一起出行，叫車去哪都比較方便，最近的地鐵是四號線，温泉水泡着很舒服，枕頭比較硬，服務態度很好，及時滿足客人需求
