Very strategic location. The hotel is located above a shopping mall and the shopping mall is just right across the street from Fuzhou south railway station. It's a duplex apar**ent but the upstairs were really low. If you are taller than 180cm, you'd find it difficult to take shower in upstairs' bathroom.

The checkin process was a little confusing the number given is not the contact person . If you are taller than 5’4 then do not book this homestay you will not be able to stand in the shower. If you are just looking for a place to sleep when traveling it is ok .the location is very good and transportation is very convenient .

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We have very good communication. This is a fantastic location with a great variety of foods in the shopping mall within the same building. It is so close to the train station and metro station, too, so it becomes so much easier to go to the main attractions. I would recommend this location to anyone who would like to explore Fuzhou at their leisure.

Great place in a very convenient location!

房間應該是一套小複式，樓下是獨衞主卧，樓上兩個房間公用衞浴，合住的是個男生，倒也沒啥不方便。屋裡麪設施齊全，有洗衣機冰箱。還有雖然是公衞，不過乾淨衞生，和我之前在慈溪住的有天壤之別。

非常好的房型，適合一家四口入住。床特別大，兩個大床，兩個房間，有冰箱和洗衣機。房間很乾凈，老闆人很好。關鍵是性價格比較高，福州人好熱情，公交地鐵全部免費。公寓隔壁就是商場，對面就是福州南站，特別方便。

離高鐵站很近，走個地下通道就到了。房間很乾凈，設備齊全，投影觀看效果很好，辦理入住的姐姐也很熱情。很好的選擇

離動車站很近，位置很好，東西齊全，自助入住也很方便。 投影儀有點不太行。沒有一次性拖鞋有點難頂。

房東人很不錯！遇到問題説話、處事、迴應都非常好！很贊！設備也是還行，就是剛入住衞生間淋浴頭有頭髮，打掃衞生阿姨有上門跟她們説了，哈哈，還是沒仔細對我回應的事進行處理。然後紙巾因為出門匆匆，跟阿姨説了，阿姨立馬補了兩個，挺可以呢！就是電視很卡，能投屏！設備反應比較慢！熱水器也是有小插曲！整體是對得起這個價格，一家子住，對了，水質不太好，自己下樓買了礦泉水來用
