De overnachting was niet zoals vooraf geboekt in het hotel maar in een dependance. De dependance was 10 min lopen vanaf het hotel, langs een hele drukke weg. De kamers (8 stuks) waren in een gewoon Italiaans huis waar links en rechts Italianen woonden, je liep over het terrein van deze mensen. Als je naar je ontbijt wilde moest je eerst de stijle weg oplopen of een slecht begaanbare trap, deze was overwoekerd met struiken en dan verder langs de drukke weg zonder voetpad in weer en wind, wij hadden regen. De kamer was netjes, maar daar was ook alles mee gezegd. Ik zou dit niet meer boeken.

Breakfast was good. Room was tidy but the bed was terrible as the springs were making noise whenever you turn. Parking and breakfast area could be a bit of walk up and down the hill.

Amazing time from start to end. Beautiful views, comfortable room. Great balcony. All the reasons you visit the Amalfi coast without the premium price. It’s about 20 minutes away from the city center but the views and service more than made up for it. We had dinner and breakfast included with our stay. It was a lovely spread. Would definitely stay again!

The property and views are fantastic as are the staff. However best having your own transport as buses and taxi’s not always available

Super nice staff, super view on the ocean, rooms are really nice, this was the best stay (2 nights) of 3 weeks of vacations in Italy. Great dinner options and breakfast are over the top, thanks for the great experience!

If we could give this 6 stars we would! Where to start…. We were stranded at our previous hotel due to road closures, where our previous hotel couldn’t help, Simona arranged a driver to collect us for a long and tricky journey to baccofurore at a reasonable cost for the journey! On arrival we were greeted by name and checked in seamlessly. The room is amazing full of all the mod cons and more than you would expect. Clean, comfortable, amazing shower/spa and still, somehow managing to retain Rustic charm. Rita for the wine tour was amazing and passionate and knowledgeable. Great addition to our short stay. The food….. well, it’s outstanding from the service and introduction of what we are eating and drinking to the food itself, by far our best experience on the amalfi coast. The views were fabulous but baccofurore didn’t ride on this wave they went above and beyond in every aspect. One warning! The walk to fjord furore is brutal and nearly broke us but proud we did it!! Give yourself a good 4 hours!
