In algemene termen is het prima. Zeer goed ontbijt. Het komt op geen enkele manier overeen met een 5-sterren in Spanje... Met de prijs die het heeft, lijkt het beledigend dat de spa, Balinese bedden of parkeren niet zijn inbegrepen! . Ze brengen alles extra in rekening.
Er is geen zwembadservice, u moet opstaan om drankjes en eten te bestellen als u in het zwembad bent. Ze hebben echter wel personeel dat donuts doorgeeft om tegen grapjes op de ligstoelen bij het zwembad te verkopen.

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities and location. The breakfast is was amazing too. This hotel really is as good as most reviews suggest.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Second stay at this beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect. The location is fantastic!
