Nice location close to freeways and friendly staff. Room where clean and beds were comfortable.

There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. There was no ref and microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. There was free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. The thing I liked the most was the free shuttle to Disneyland. I loved my stay here!!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ready for us every morning and included a variety of choices.

Poor customer service from front desk. The front desk male stated that I reserved for 2 single beds when my reservation clearly showed for an single king bed. Very dirty rooms especially carpets which didn’t appear to have been cleaned for years. Thin walls so you hear every little noise outside rooms. Very soft mattresses. Breakfast food appeared undercooked to the point my fiancee had food poisoning from it. Would not recommend.

在美國住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！按周邊酒店的性價比來説，陳舊的酒店還算及格。
服務給了差評，主要原因在領班Alyssa。入住當天，被分配的房間朝高速，非常吵。要求前台更換到另一邊，當職員準備操作時，Alyssa介入並告知5層近100間房間全部訂滿，無法更換。我進攜程查看，有更多房間可訂，與她溝通，又被告知攜程超額預訂，數據不正確，還是沒有房間。經多次懇求，她更換了了離高速較遠的房間，説離電梯近，方便我們。但入住新房間後，電梯上下的噪音讓人無法睡覺。
其它的問題就不一一舉例了，希望對其他準備預訂的朋友有所幫助。

ディズニーとナッツベリーファームまでとても便利な立地でした。
ディズニーのシャトルバスも本数が多くて助かりました。シャトルバスのスケジュールの写真は2022年11月後半のものです。
フラートン駅まで歩いて３０分ほど、そこからユニオン駅まで行ってリトルトーキョーなどをまわったのですが電車は昼間に本数が少なすぎて2時間以上かかったので使い物にならないくらい不便なのでハリウッド観光メインだとフラートン宿泊はおすすめできないです。
ホテル周辺の治安はホームレスの方がホテル周辺で寝てましたが、特に危険は感じなかったです。
部屋はとても広かったのでよかったのですがカーテンやじゅうたんが古すぎるのかホコリっぽくあまり清潔な感じではなかったです。
朝食のワッフルは３０分くらいならびましたがおいしかったです。
部屋の設備はコーヒーメーカーのみですが汚かったから使わなかったです。でも朝食会場から紙コップでコーヒーやジュースを持ち出せたのでこれはこのホテルの1番良い点でした。

ディズニーリゾートから最高のアクセスでした！ディズニーでチェックインも遅くなってしまいましたが、快く受け入れてくれました。

酒店地點方便，周圍有商業。高速公路。去迪士尼樂園不遠。不過設施老舊了。有很多旅遊的家庭客人。
