just 5min walk from Hakata station which is the main and central station of Fukuoka this hotel is compact with free basic breakfast, very comfortable pillows, friendly staff and a wide range of free amenities which is a nice thing to have. good insulation and aircon, not noisy, enjoyed staying there, Lawson just across the road, Yodabashi electronics shop is to the right from the station, huge and very useful stuff there.

It ia pretty cloae to Hakata station around 400 m. The room is quite small as usual, but clean . Bread and coffee for breakfast.

Location, accessibility, cleanliness are all good. Staff service are great as they are generally attentive and caring. Just that there was some unpleasant feeling on the first day of arrival and check-in...the staff helped check-in made mistakes and followed wrong information in hotel computer records...he made wrong information and nights of stay for us until we corrected him. Except this the overall feeling of this hotel is good.

This is my fav hotel so far, good location and service. They provide easy free breakfast and all day coffee. Also a public bathroom for a hot-tub.

the public bath is really really small and not very clean, you could see the mould on the side. The shower there in the public bath is also not very convenient, they are the type that you will have to keep on pressing the water release, too old style.
the room is also too small, if they accept 2 adult and a kid in a room, i would expect a slightly bigger bed?

Counter service staff with smiling face every day are very helpful especially asking the way to the scene or getting the bus They can communicate with English.
Public bath is smaller ..but it is clean.
Simple breakfast is fine ...especially 24 hour coffee and chocolate machine.
So comfortable and quiet place to stay 4 nights with family.

The hotel location is very convenient which is near Hakata station. The room is small as most of the hotel in Japan is similar size.
The library & coffee corner is nice in hotel lobby. Public onsen is provided in the hotel.
