It is best recommended for solo travelers. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and full of amenities. The location is near the subway and city centre, e.g., Hakata for accessing the train or bus by using a tourist pass, and Tenjin for shopping or eating.

I really like the room, it is very clean and the service is very good 😁👍 but, it is a little far from the hotel to the station for pedestrians ^^

Had a perfect 5 nights stay at Fukuoka Toei Hotel. The room is clean and tidy, I appreciate that Hotel staff to leave a bag of clean towels, PJ, a pair of new slippers and mineral water outside my room every day even if I request for no room service. The hotel is located not too far from the nearest metro station. Although the street may be a bit quiet at night but Hotel is facing the main road, it's safe to stay at this Hotel. I love the exterior and interior look of the Hotel. I would love to stay again next time!

Room is spacious and clean. Even got a table and chairs to sit. Pillows are softer than the normal hotel pillows. Only cons is the bathroom floor is elevated so it's inconvenient to get in/out of the bathroom. Also the bath tub is higher than the usual bath tub we used and as a 1.7m guy, its challenging to get out from the bath tub as the shower is connected with the bath tub.

TOEI hotel location very good, very close to many shop like 7-11, Lawson, family marts and delicious ramen restaurant! Breakfast provided was very great also!
Btw, we not really like the bathroom which combine the shower area in the bathtub…very inconvenient as we need to ensure the water not to spill out and make the outside impacted….

Overall, the hotel is good, conveniently located, with shops nearby to meet daily needs.
The staff are friendly, especially the room tidying staff, who are seen tidying up the rooms every morning.
The bathroom floor is higher than the room, so it's a bit inconvenient to get out of the bathroom. The emergency flashlight in the room was not working. I hope it will be improved in the future.

The location was good for us (more in the middle of things rather than right close to any particular attraction). The carpet seemed pretty worn and the TV only had one channel. They gave us water each day which we really appreciated but only tea was available among the amenities. We did like there was a retractable laundry line in the shower.
