Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata

A very nice hotel but a bit pricey, to be expected due to its excellent location near the train station, and within minutes walk to Dacomecca for it's wonderful selection of pastry

Hotel is right opposite hakata bus terminal which is near hakata station so it's convenient. There's Lawsons downstairs too. However room is a little small and amenities a bit limited.

That is good in general, helpful staff and nice environment. Subway station is just around the corner.

Reception were handled by a bunch of Indian. We left early that day but no one is at the front desk to assist with taxi. Onsen is dirty

Close to station, staff were friendly. Easy to find anything from food, to entertainment just around the corners. Parking outside will be cheaper

Right beside the JR station. Centrally located. Big onsen facility

The hotel is very nice and clean. the Staff is polite and helpful

Modern and clean rooms in a convenient location right next to the train station.

The room was very small and the ceiling quite low, it felt claustrophobic. The floor carpet was full of dirty and stains and the toilet didn’t flush. Our room was facing the rail deposit so it was quite loud all night. An experience very unpleasant, specially for the price we paid. Avoid it!
