It is a relatively old hotel but with a long history behind the brand! Hotel is big with own shopping mall & good restaurant choices inside the hotel!
Services is very good!
Very few hotels now still have door key kept in the front desk for guests to pick up.

The hotel is conveniently located a minute’s walk away from Watanabe Dori subway station. There is a Familymart convenience store and supermarket adjacent to the hotel. There are a couple of nearby cafes (ie. Kamakiri coffee and REC coffee) for those who need their daily caffeine. Despite being an older hotel, room in Hotel New Otani Hakata was clean, comfortable with sufficient space for 2 persons. Unless you are seeking a five-star hotel with full amenities, this offers value for money in a great location.

交通便利，離博多站三站地鐵，七隈線渡邊通地鐵站出來就是，附近有全家和711。離西鐵葯院站也不遠，步行即可，去太宰府天滿宮很方便。去天神商圈步行可到，也可以坐一站地鐵。樓背面不臨街的低樓層有點超，外部機器的嗡嗡聲，後來給換了正門臨街的房間，非常安靜，景觀也不錯。房間設施比較舊，但是維護得不錯。插座有點少。有提供棉質浴衣。贈送掛耳咖啡和護膚小樣套裝。日式早餐餐廳在頂樓，景觀不錯。西式在一樓，也有日式餐食提供，但是沒有現磨咖啡。總之還是挺滿意的。

飯店規模很大，大堂氣派，服務一流！但過道和房間裝飾顯陳舊，設施尤其衞生間頂多持平國內三星級，畢竟78年開業06年翻新的…早餐雖然品種不如國內豐富，沒有咖啡機不能做卡布或拿鐵，但西式搭配日式，基本滿足我對早餐的所有要求，尤其是可頌很贊👍飯店位置優越，離博多站3站地鐵，門口也有多條公交線直達。附近有去大豪公園舞鶴公園福岡城跡公交路程約20分鐘，去海濱公園和福岡塔的公交車站就在酒店對面，天神商業區也在步行距離。酒店斜對面就是Sunny食品超市，右手邊也有一個食品超市，同時有全家羅森7/11環繞…我們誤打誤撞還發現酒店旁居然藏着一個魚市場，食堂光這個網紅日料店就隱於此小巷中…

我們預訂的中等雙床房，據説是福岡老牌酒店，所以空間真的算蠻大的，衞生間都是地磚。
服務和衞生都沒的説，地理位置也很好，在葯院和天神中間，渡邊通地鐵出來超市便利店都有，買吃喝都方便，地鐵出口走路3、5分鐘就是酒店。
試了下酒店的早餐，對於住宿客人有一點點優惠，是3000日幣/人含税，味道不錯，營養均衡，值得試試～
酒店出來拐個彎很近的路是柳橋聯合市場，去那裡吃個海鮮飯很贊，很滿意～

酒店真的是有年頭，一樓的餐廳感覺還挺有名的經常滿座草莓蛋糕很好吃，早飯種類不多但挺好吃的，沙拉品種豐富。14樓的日料環境很好但是味道和分量都很一般。房間很大，但設施都比較舊，住過兩個房間，其中一個新一點另外一個比較舊。被子是沒有不換被套衹用床單跟床隔開的那種，睡起來很難受，跟酒店反映之後換成了普通的床單，走到時候還幫忙叫了出租，但除了上出租全程沒有幫忙拿過行李。總的來説服務還是不錯的，有點老牌酒店的驕傲吧
地理位置也還好，走到天神南十幾分鍾，出門就是地鐵。

除了酒店比較有年頭了，其他都不錯的。交通便利，吃飯便利，去商場便利，邊上便利店也有，酒店內的餐廳也很精緻。房間在日本算大的。不錯的體驗。

房間大及清潔，有免費浴鹽提供，性價比高。
