Location is excellent. 5 mins walk to train stations which is so convenient to travel as a tourist . The room is not very clean but is more spacious than a standard Japanese hotel room. Close to convenience store, restaurants and shopping areas. Will come back to this hotel again for the next visit .

The location of the hotel was pretty good (just right next to the Tenjin station). Staff was helpful.
However, the cleanliness of the room was below average and facilities in the room were not well maintained.
In our room, the faucet was loose, the bathroom door wasn't able to be fully closed, the floor lamp malfunctioned a couple of times, one of the room light was dim and there was a bug in the room when we first checked in.
As there was no other room was available for us to switch to, staff offered and assisted to fix the faucet and bathroom door when we went out the next day.
At this price per night, we think that the experience could have been a lot better (there wasn't even any bottle water for guests).

The location is convenient, right next to the JR station. yet the room is a bit old and very dusty, also the quilt covers are quite dirty, stains on the covers and I wonder if it has been changed, also hairs were found on beds

Greatest services during the stay. Fine restaurants, department stores, and shopping stores nearby. Convenient transprtarions, for example, bus stop in fornt of the hotel, makes easiest access to other tourist spots. Perfect choice for everything.
