I like this hotel bcoz of charming lobby, spacious room and friendly staff.
Dislike point will be a quite of far walk from HAKATA station to me.

The Basics Hotel not far from the Fukuoka station within 10 mins walk, hotel so quiet and nice! The lobby so beautiful! Staffs are so friendly and nice.

I had a negative experience at a hotel in Fukuoka, Japan, during my trip from May 2nd to May 7th. I booked the hotel for three days and was satisfied with the cleanliness and room arrangements on the first day. However, the hotel staff did not maintain their cleaning standards for the rest of my stay.
Firstly, the hotel required me to indicate if I needed room cleaning between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. However, a staff member rang my doorbell at around 11:00 AM. on one of the days, interrupting my rest time.
Secondly, the staff only cleaned the trash bin, replaced the tissue paper, and did not tidy the bed sheets or clean the toilet items and blankets.
Compared to my experiences at other hotels in different places, I was very dissatisfied with this particular experience.

I had watched YouTuber to introduce this hotel that why I tried to book and stay there for 2 nights
For me, I don’t think this hotel worth for this price.
Room not really big and I don’t like the plastic style restroom. Totally different as the photo and introduction from YouTuber.
When check in, I been there to check in first and my boyfriend come after parking. The female staff didn’t look at me anymore after my bf here.
Seems not respect and not professional
Hotel management should be train up the staff working place not to find bf place
Very bad experience
And the lift no need hotel room card .. everyone can get in the room floor, and I do not see any staff on front desk in mid night !! Not good of security

The room we stayed in was relatively big compare to most hotels in Japan. The lobby was stunning. One thing to note, the parking, which was in a first come first serve basis, is always full but there are other car park available around the area. In the cold winter in Fukuoka, it would be desirable to access the hotel directly from their underground car park.
