Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ

Due to a canceled flight, I urgently booked a "run of the house" room here for its convenient location, though I initially thought I booked the 2nd branch. The property is split into two buildings, and I stayed in the annex. Unfortunately, the room experience was quite poor. The amenities were not well-maintained and felt dusty, and the room corridors were excessively dark, making it feel a bit creepy even during the day. Additionally, the breakfast was unappealing, and the room was quite humid, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Management really needs to check the amenities and cleanliness standards before releasing rooms to guests.

Very good location for travelers who need to travel to other area because hotel is close to Hakata station. Room is clean and proper space for 2 big lugggage. The most favorite thing in this hotel is massage chair in room. It help us to relax after we back to hotel

Near shikansen station exit.near to restaurant and convenience store, nearbus terminal going fukuoka international airport .

Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushiguchi I was easily one of the best decisions I made for my Fukuoka trip! The hotel offers excellent value for money and is in a fantastic location, just steps away from Hakata Station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and day trips. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. My favourite feature was the in-room massage chair—it was an absolute lifesaver after long days of walking around Fukuoka. It helped ease all the leg and body aches and made returning to the room something I looked forward to every evening. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. As a mentaiko lover, I was especially happy to enjoy fresh mentaiko every morning! I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel staff. I accidentally made an error during the self check-in process, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and quick to help me resolve it. Even though I couldn't communicate fluently in Japanese, they went out of their way to assist me, and I truly appreciated their excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Fukuoka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and great-value hotel.

Great location! The hotel is right next to Hakata Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The airport shuttle stop/terminal is also just steps away, and the ride to or from Fukuoka Airport only takes about 20–25 minutes. One unexpected bonus was the massage chair in the room — perfect for a tired traveler after a long day. (Note: not all rooms have massage chairs, so it’s worth checking when you book.)

Place was very convenient and easy to find. All was good. But maybe not so good if you have big luggages lol and I’ll like to have pillows that’s firmer. One of the pillows provided was way too soft..
