The hotel location is good as there are many restaurants nearby. It only takes about 10 minutes to go to the Tenjin station. The hotel belongs to a boutique hotel as the room is not spacious but cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel breakfast only costs Yen1,300 is cheap but the foods varieties are very limited and more suitable for Japanese. The hotel doesn’t provide car parking but there are many public parking spaces, however, the roads in these parking spaces are very narrow, it requires very high driving technique before driving to the main road.

房間打掃得很乾淨，酒店各個位置都保持得很乾淨，比起很多五星級酒店還要好。以後再來福岡，一定再入住這間酒店。酒店樓下就是便利店，而且附近很多食店，走去夜市或者三越百貨，也是幾分鐘的路程。
The room was cleaned very well and every location in the hotel was kept clean, which is better than many five-star hotels. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Fukuoka in the future. There is a convenience store downstairs from the hotel, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is also a few minutes away from the night market or Mitsukoshi Department Store.

酒店新淨，check in/check out都很快捷，房間大小與一般日本酒店相約
我們訂了早餐，自助餐形式，食物選擇比想像中多，味道不錯的，餐廳接待的服務員服務很好、笑容親切
距離天神南車站大約4分鐘距離，中洲川端站大約步行8-10分鐘距離，樓下有7-11便利店，行去博多運河城都近

텐진도 가깝고 후쿠오카 주요 장소들과 넘 가까워서 이동하기 편했어요
침대 2개 붙여서 잤는데 아이 1명 어른 2명 세명이 자기에 충분했고 타올, 생수2병 매일 새로 주시고 공기청정기가 있어서 쾌적했어요
올해 오픈한 호텔이라 시설도 좋고 객실 화장실 청소상태 너무 좋았어요
큰 도로쪽에 있는 방이었는데도 방음이 잘 되어있는지 시끄럽지 않았어요
무엇보다도 1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 정말 편리했어요
내년에 또 후쿠오카 갈 예정인데 꼭 여기로 예약하려고요 ㅎㅎ

텐진이랑 하카타 사이에 있어서 어디를 가기에도 편해요! 편의점도 바로 있구 무엇보다 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 이상한 냄새가 안나서 좋았어요!

第二次到訪福岡 之前那次住的是民宿 這次住商務酒店 挺好的 位置便利 雖然天天下雨 好在前台有🌂可以借用 房間不是每天打掃的 如有打掃需求 每天10點前把門貼貼上 退房後讓前台幫忙叫了🚕去機場 10分鐘內就叫到了 速度挺快！

家族3人で宿泊しました。立地は中州のそばで最高な場所でした。駐車場がなく、心配しましたが、向かいの立体駐車場に駐車出来たので（有料ですが（12時間1,200円））不便さはなかったです。
朝食付きで2泊、連泊したのですが、朝食メニューも若干メニュー内容を変える等、工夫を感じられました。
