The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the view from the room balcony is superb (attached with the review). Highly recommended and will definitely visit again

Stayed here on a really good day, Mt Fuji was so clear, even at night!! Lucky us there was winter fireworks going on as well and can be viewed from the patio! Thanks for the free shuttle from station and the friendly staff for helping to order dinner in! So happy! :)

這是一個超級性價比高的酒店，這裏可以看到美麗的富士山景。酒店人員的服務態度很好。因為這間酒店是在斜坡上面，所以價錢會相對便宜，本人覺得性價比非常高。在往斜坡上面能看到整個富士山景的酒店價錢都非常貴，這間酒店可以看到三分之二的山景。早餐需要另外購買3300日圓一個人，味道也不錯。酒店另外會有穿梭巴士接送。前台着和服的女士非常優雅。這間酒店非常熱門酒店房間不多，所以一定要提早三個月前預訂才有房間。還有免費的大浴場可以享用。

富士山很美，雖然我們去的時候幾乎沒有雪，依舊擋不住它的神祕和魅力。湖之酒店在小山頂上，到河口湖站打電話會有shuttle bus來接，路上司機放了很棒的爵士樂。入住可以預約私湯，露天浴池，天氣原因沒有同時看到山，私湯門口有個bar，聊天的聲音聽得很清楚，私密性遜色。酒店設計風格獨特，很有品味，一個小角落都讓人願意駐足。前台服務少許不像其他酒店那麼熱情周到（除了兩位男士之外，他們都很友好），兩位年紀稍長的姐姐給人以距離感。酒店免費租借的電動自行車非常好騎，難忘的環湖騎行體驗！

環境服務氛圍都蠻好的，還挺愜意。風景也很棒，就是一定要做車否則自己推行李上坡會很累，因為走路都要喘一喘。坐紅線大巴士在11站下車（如果沒記錯的話）。就是隔音有點差。

此酒店位置很好，從房間裏可以看到富士山。有免費的自行車，還有來回火車站的免費中巴。酒店二樓還有温泉。是一個不錯的酒店
