Check in was very slow and we had to wait long on the cue to check in becoz there was only one receptionist. And upon going to the room, a smoking room was booked for us whereas we specified that we need a non smoking room. We had to wait couple of minutes at the reception again for them to arrange a non smoking room. The was not in good hygienic condition. Towels provided looked old and worn out. However the management team was very apologetic and helpful.

The room is well maintained and clean. The management should also consider upgrading their bathroom towels. The hotel location is also within city center that makes it very convenient. The building also offers a lot of services and you can also visit the lively bar on the 1st floor

The room is already old. It was clean though and well maintained but the towels inside the bathroom are already very old and dark. The hotel should consider upgrading their bathroom toiletries specially the towels which looked very awful.

It’s very good hotel I staying long time staff is good everything is good in these hotel I also , eating some of delicious food is good cooking, nice food and , also any time if I need any things they give it to me , it’s good

I was Satisfied with Their service and Facilities they Provided to us.. Hotel is a fully Packaged one with lots of restuarants bars and everything And their staff was really polite to the guest .. They guided us very well Thank You.. Team City Tower

Liezl and chef mutasem were very helpful and accommodated us with top notch dinner quality. We ordered the chicken and fish. The Fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and we also got starters.

VERY VERY BAD customer service. I wasn’t told at check in time that there was a nightclub in the property where the music is played until 4AM. We stayed on the 5th floor and were unable to sleep. The check in clerk and manager admitted they should have made us aware at check in time that there is a nightclub where the sound travels yet they did nothing about our stay. When management was contacted at 2.30am we were told the noise would go down but it continued until 4AM. I was denied a refund by the manager and none of the guests could sleep until after 4am. Their solution was to offer a 1hr later checkout. Would NEVER recommend this hotel.
