Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar welche Moden eingerichtet sind. Das hilight ist der beheizte innenliegende Pool.

We were in town for one night, and with that being said, the location of the hotel was very nice because it was kind of sort of away from everything. Our particular room had some issues I was about to use the save and noticed that there was a roach in it And the bed wasn’t as clean as it could have been. It has some spots on it that they should have paid more attention to and we didn’t notice it until we were checking out.

The front desk clerks acted truly happy that we were there. It was a real nice start to our stay (as well but as departure). The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed. We had a yummy chocolate dessert in the restaurant which was served by kind, helpful staff. Check out was at noon which was so nice after a long day of traveling. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. We will gladly stay here again if we come back through the area.

Great staff. Only place in Jacksonville open for dinner on Christmas night. Noel was the only waitress working on Christmas night did a great job working alone waiting on a ton of tables.

First trip traveling with 2 dogs. The hotel staff is very welcoming. Quiet and clean. Close to shopping and dining.

Friendly front desk. Beautiful decor for XMAS. Nice shampoo and body wash for guests. Bed not comfortable. Paper thin walls. I was up all night with people talking and walking to and from elevator. Make sure you aren’t ext to elevator. Someone’s alarm went off constant next door from their phone from 5 am to 9 am.
The curtains don’t shut all the way so sun came in super early.
