This hotel was a delight: Large rooms, comfy bed, professional staff and gratis healthy hot breakfast (I.e. no fake juice; good selection fresh foods offered in their restaurant). This is a hidden gem at a very favorable price point. Also, the heater/air conditioner is independent in each room so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking...Quiet and easy to use.

The big dark hair girl at front desk seems to make her own rules up as she goes. She told us we could not check in early and then had us wait 3 hours to just tell us they do jot take our credit cards even though we already paid 3 nights on trip.com. I asked to speak to manager but she lied and said there was no Mgr that day. Horrible.

I first visited this hotel in 2018. In 2022, this hotel is suffering a little from the aftermath of the pandemic. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, 3 chairs in the room, one office type, one straight chair and one easy chair, plus a work table. Mini-fridge in the room. Garden-facing rooms have a pleasant view. There were some minor deferred maintenance issues. No daily maid service, a Covid innovation that should be reversed, IMHO. The pre-pandemic excellent breakfast has now been reduced to a minimal "grab 'n go" bag. The 4 employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room rate on Trip.com was reduced appropriately given the reduced service.

The grounds were nice and you can walk to a few other restaurants that are very close. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it. The Tapas restaurant for dinner was excellent but you need to make a reservation. It’s close to drive to the Fig Garden Village shopping center. Great hotel and area.

This property was very quiet at night and walkable for outdoor walking in surrounding neighorhhood. Also staff friendly, fair continental breakfast bar and beautiful landscaping. Rooms appeared clean.
Dislikes - poor quality mattress, no elevator, room very old and definitely needs an huge overall updating!

the only issue I had is when front desk did not want to check me in since the reservation was under someone else's name. It was made by my wife, so they were looking for my wife, and it was a bit of an inconvenience trying to explain; had to call manager, and then we had to call my wife. Hope the hotel will have a better system for this. It was not a fun experience
