Pan Dei Palais

We had the fortune of staying at this hotel after staying at another Airelles propety the night before. This was our 3rd time visiting ST Tropez but our 1st at this property. And, I can honestly say our stay was amazing. If you want to stay in town, which we always do, this location is unbelievable. Except for a dinner at the sister property, every restaurant is within walking distance. The beach was a short drive away. The hotel itself is truly a hidden gem. From the outside it isn't obvious that this is a hotel but once you walk in (and you can't walk in during the day unless you are a hotel guest) you have a straight view to the gorgeous pool area. The room was amazing. The housekeeping services were amazing. We typically didn't go out for dinner until after 9pm yet each night we would return to a clean room, with the bed turned down and a surprise gift. I can't recommend this hotel enough. And, will definitely stay here again.

Very nice Palace hotel, with a good location and a professional staff. The hotel is very clean and has all normal amenities. We enjoy coming to this place in the "winter" time as this is very convenient and quiet. I love the ambiance and the decoration style which reflects some past memories concerning initial owners of the palace.

A magical stay at this wonderful boutique hotel with the best possible location. Staff was extremely kind and service minded, the food the best we had in St Tropez and the hotel itself very intimate and beautiful. The combination with having access to La Tropezina beach club and the facilities at Chateau La Messardiere was outstanding.

Very nice cosy small hotel in city center. Service is Nice and ambience and interior is good. Pool area vibes r the best. We took spa services which was nice too. Over all what u can expected in the money paid. Location top service and Quality interiors

I was really reluctant to write this feedback. Cause I would have to waste my energy on this hotel again… But for travelers references, please don’t try your luck then to ruin your vacations. I don’t know how this hotel is running but we felt the chaos in general, from reception, restaurant to room service. Like sand… every staff seemed not to have their things together… how ever to flirt with clients or clients’ husbands they’re pretty active…

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Service was pathetic, staff was rude. I had an Hermes skin bag worth 25 thousand euros tucked in a pouch in the suitcase below my clothes. I saw it a day before and the next day the room was not cleaned with a note saying we left it on DND, which was not the case. I reached the airport and when I opened the suitcase the bag was missing and the pouch left there. It was STOLEN FROM THE SUITCASE. I didn’t use the bag, not knowing it was more unsafe to leave it in a hotel like this after paying a bomb. On calling them the staff was highly rude and didn’t seem to care. This is absolutely disgusting. They refused to show me the CC TV or help me on call. I got no confession or closure. They are THEIVES

Ahh St. Tropez. Normally it comes with attitude. Not here. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. What I’ve also noticed in my many stays is that they are constantly ameliorating things. Garden/terrace much better now, kitchen much better than before, simple and good. The location can’t be better and it’s like you’re coming home.

This hotel is such a gem! Amazing hotel with a fabulous pool, exceptional service, great restaurant in the middle of St. Tropez! Walking distance to everything. Many thanks to the entire staff at Pan Dei Palais for going out of their way to make our vacation as wonderful as it can be and one of the best! This was such a surprise and to some extent way more than we expected. Thanks again for everything! Mary

This hotel is a must visit. The food was excellent and the same for the service. Its location is walking distance to all the boats and restaurants. They can take you in a rolls royce to their other hotel which is a must do because its absolutely stunning. You can't go wrong with either hotel, but Pan def Palais is the cheaper option as its around 1200 euro instead of 3000 euro.
