Well, this hotel was UNREAL, such a horrible choice. Please, do not be fooled by the photoshopped photos. Just don't go there ok. They are in NO CONDITION to take guests, as of Nov 2021. The facility is run down.. No hot water, and such a long queue of problems reported by guests. I feel bad to the cruise guests who are forced to stay here.. And Trip.com didn't do a good job of showing honest pictures of this place too. shame.

The location was excellent, unfortunately that was the only good place hung I have to say about my personal experience, I thought the staff where very rude, food was average at best, social dining restaurants did not have any availability for my entire stay.

Some staff members were rude-one bar staff and some activity organizers. The restaurant staff were the best!!! Food was great!!! Was unfortunate that the pool was freezing cold. Wished the gym opened earlier. More variety of daily activities needed.

Rooms are outdated, mini bar only 5 bottles of water after that you have to pay for drinks, no waiters or waitress come to you for drinks at buffet, pool and beach. Only 1 pool, the food was just okay. Tge entertainment was okay, the people was nice staff and tourists. Taxi service to go into town expensive, in February make sure you bring a sweater or jacket gets very cold at night.

The was a hole in the room ceiling, shower peeling, cold water, staff was lazy. They never turned over the bed and put clean sheets on the bed. Trash under the bed. They said their policy is to clean every 3 days, Bottom self beer. There was more but I think you get the point. The best part was the water was beautiful

Rooms are a little outdated,, food was good a great selection at the buffet and staff were awesome

The staff was amazing! The food was great for the most part, big selection and always available. It was crazy how they provided a huge variety to choose from and every day something different. Drinks were delicious - watch out for their rum, it sneaks up on ya! It is a very well kept older property. The rooms could use some improvements, but are clean and comfortable. The staff does everything to ensure you have a nice visit. The view from the room was fabulous and the beach was super clean. It was nice to stroll up and down with almost no one around. The entertainment and activities included was awesome. We will be back for sure!
