My husband and i have stayed at many hotels due to my illness. This hotel was definitely in the top 3 that we enjoyed.

Staff was less than friendly. Upon leaving I gave the desk clerk my room number and said we were checking out. She didn’t speak or nod or even respond.

It was a very nice room. What I would expect except every tile on the floor in the bathroom and entryway was loose. Could be a hazard hopefully will be fixed the next time I stay.

I liked the room and the area , it was clean and lots of places to eat and shop. I had a problem with our toilet not working and the water, and had to call someone in to come fix it. He fixed the problem right away but we had to wait a bit to get looked at. Other than that it was very nice.

Cold pool, didn't tell we had to ask for house keeping! Floors very dirty.Maids were very good and friendly.
