We had a short stay, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and friendliness of the reception staff. For a well priced room (and very cosy in January weather!) in a good location it exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Frankfurt very nice. Would absolutely recommend!

Although some might find the location off-putting, it is super close to the main train station. Basic stores and restaurants are all within walkable distance.
Service and cleanliness is fantastic with 24hr reception.

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 6x times but was disappointed at this time.
- the room ( 210 ) which I have stayed had issue with heating, I have reported this issue to reception on first night but nothing was done about, on second day reported again, the technician came over and said hating is showing 25c and said as it’s cold outside the room is not getting warm quicker.
- no other option was provided by hotel.
I would not book this hotel in near future.

I stayed at this hotel twice within two weeks, and I was very pleased with the location, the comfortable and well-furnished room, and the helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Service & Reception very poor. Breakfast very basic. Very clean, coffee facilities but no water in room. Bathroom supplies non-existent. Friendliness non existent. Twin room but only one towel.

The hotel is located very near to the Hauptbahnhof, and rooms are very well appointed as per most premier inns we have been to. Staff were very friendly as well!

It takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

The best feature of this hotel is the location with a modern clean room. Is quiet and there are many diverse food choices to choose from. Is also near the main train station.

Someone entered our room twice without permission when we are asleep. do be mindful if you are a heavy sleeper.
