Yotel Geneva Lake

We booked 2 rooms (4 people). It was paid before our stay. My business friends who would stay at the Second room missed their plane and didn’t make check in on the first day. Second day I informed the reception about their situation for late check-in based on their next flight availability. However, In the second day I was informed by the hotel that they cancelled the reservation of second room because of no check-in made. I went to the reception and told the situation again. Briefly, these are our rooms whether we stay or not. Hotel management cancelled the room which was already paid in order to resell it. I don’t accept this situation! I also advised them to make the check in for my name because of the uncertainty of my friends’ arrival… As a result my friends also informed of that situation and they didn’t want to stay at a hotel with such mentality. I made check out one day earlier and started to stay with my friends at another hotel.

Location is a bit far from city and airport. However, the shuttle offers transportation to airport to connect with trains; also have a bus stop near hotel that connects with trains. Rooms were on the small side with no coffee maker or proper storage area.

No kettle, coffee, tea, fridge in room. Room and property are modern and clean. Restaurant is good but as everything else in Switzerland, expensive.

Impeccably clean and spacious enough for a family of four! Easy to access and great staff. Can you open one in Oxford please!

Brilliant service from the staff - was relieved it was manned 24hr and it a computer screen. It is only convenient fir the airport and Geneva centre IF YOU HAVE A CAR. Nearest train station is not practical if you have luggage, it’s a few miles and buses are it frequent or very late. A taxi costs @£50 from the airport so USE UBER. Facilities are modern and innovative and in the absence of a restaurant grab and go was a great idea.

Good hotel but in the suburbs of Geneva

Établissement récemment ouvert (décembre 2023), nous y avons séjourné à l'occasion d'un déplacement semi-profesionnel et nous avons adoré cet hôtel à tous points de vues. Le personnel est très professionnel, l'accueil est fort chaleureux. La chambre est extrêmement lumineuse et confortable avec vue sur le lac, un très bon point pour la qualité de la literie. Tout y est fonctionnel avec les commandes électroniques. Egalement, une excellente table avec un thématique Danois, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de notre dîner assuré par une équipe efficace. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. Nous recommandons aux voyageurs cette belle adresse.

Tout beau tout neuf. Personnel accueillant. En revanche, fausse bonne idée avec le lit/divan mécanique qui grince déjà et pas fan de la domotique peu pratique ! Quant au parking “disponible” il est en fait facturé Fr 21 ce qui explique le prix de lancement faussement attractif.

Sin restaurant y muy limitado el desayuno. No aceptan pagos en efectivo y solo una maquinista que hay que dar de alta por aplicación para poder comprar algún alimento congelado.
