The hotel is in a very good location, rooms are bit old but its manageable. Hotel staffs are help full. Overall its a nice hotel. There are alot of nice restaurants near by the hotel.

Excellent service. Clean and spacious room. Well stock with amenities and even a fruit basket. Service also help to extend checkout timingvto 3pm.

We booked non-smoking room but when we checked in at midnight, the room is full of smoking smell. As we were too tired, we only made the complaint the next day morning. The receptionist said that there is no non-smoking level /zone which gave me a shock. Luckily we were changed to a better room without smoking smell the next day.
Nonetheless, I think the service can be improved and made sure we get what we want upon check in to make our travel experience more comfortable. Thanks.

比想象中乾淨整潔，讓人感覺很舒適。早餐也很不錯，體驗感很好。下次還會繼續入住。

早餐豐富，房間衞生。有一點不好，門口的停車場估計和其他商業共享，停車場經常出現“車位已滿，禁止入內”，這點不太好

房間有些舊了，地板各方面，吹風機也是老式的。春節前台送了水果，但是忘記給我送被單過來了。環境沒有開平的維也納好。設施一般。早餐還不錯。

性價比超級高，地理位置優越，旁邊就是商場，還有咖啡便利店等，想吃什麼也特別方便，酒店早餐品種也挺豐富，還提供免費停車，體驗非常棒
