優點:1.前台服務比較好，態度温和。2.是熱水器，24小時有熱水，水量還可以。3.樓下很多吃的，很方便。4.價格優惠，比同類型同規格的公寓酒店大概便宜10-15塊這樣子。缺點:1.衞生很敷衍，很明顯感覺到就打掃了能看得到的地方，看不到的地方一言難盡。床頭地下一眼就能看到一地頭髮，打開冰箱一陣臭氣，窗台落滿灰塵。桌子上時不時有蟑螂爬過。2.沒有飲用水，沒有沐浴露，沒有洗髮水。3.靠近路邊的房間夜間比較吵，我覺得無所謂，但是能明顯感覺到比住其他酒店的時候吵的更厲害一些。4.房間小鎖明顯擰不上，沒有防盜鏈，衹有關門的那個一個電子鎖，如果半夜外面輸密碼直接就進來了，存在巨大安全隱患。對獨自旅行的人很不安全。其他無所謂，但是衞生太敷衍，安全沒保障，基本去一次不會再去了。

衞生非常不好，地也非常臟，廁所上一家住户用過的，邊邊角角都沒有搞乾淨就給下一個住户用什麼酒店呀無語

周邊商圈配套繁華，地段優越，地鐵上蓋，但是房間維護很差，大門的鎖釦木板都脱落了，房裡的設施比較破舊，窗台和冰箱污漬較多，房間維護的很一般，設施損耗較大，店家得用心維護尤其做好衞生才行

我們好早訂了房但到晚上十二點才入住，已經沒房間選擇了，廁所燈滅了，通道燈也滅了，沒電視，燒水壺裡有方便麪，枱麪全是頭髮。我們的床🛏️還會動，轉一下身振一下，我後來睡在窗台上！為一好的是客服姐姐好熱心服務！床被還是乾淨的！

一個字差 兩個字很差 去到以後震驚了 門口貼着一堆水費單 那個門開也不好開 門邊衹是水泥 一個小陽台還掛着臟毛巾 最基本的電視都沒有 那個沙發臟的要死 誰敢坐 衞生差是其次 服務態度還不好 聯繫能不能換房 説30樓有 但空調不太涼 我説能不能先上去看看 直接忽略我的訊息 直到我們離開了才問要不要上去30樓看看 一直説單價低不想接 大姐 你不想接你可以拒單啊 何必現在才説我都不願意接呢 同樣是80 別人家的還是投影房 服務態度又好 而在你這就説這麼低的價格 不想接 條款寫着根據自身經營情況可以選擇拒單 你不拒單的話你現在別跟我説單價低不想接啊 我逼你了嗎 真下頭

交通很方便 下樓很多吃的喝的 想去祖廟、嶺南天地搭個公交或者地鐵 十分鐘就到 公寓裏面還有冰箱 就是熱水器的水忽冷忽熱 但是可以接受的範圍

跟公司同事一起入住，推薦不錯的，下次有需要還回來，看吧態度很好，衞生也不錯，管理也很好，位置很好找。
