第一次來三水，酒店在三水萬達附近，看到酒店的差評預訂的時候特別的忐忑，本人住酒店算是比較挑剔的了，但是在入住的時候沒讓我失望，辦理入住的時候前台有周邊景點佈局圖，讓我有想出去轉轉的念頭，前台的工作人員很熱情，房間很大，衞生間有貼温馨提示，現在很少酒店這麼做了，也是對客人的安全負責做的很細緻，早餐有當地的特色粉，味道還不錯。

入住期間，廣東降温，作為生活在北方的廣東人，回到自己家鄉都不適應了，特意找了這家酒店，以為會有暖氣的，太令我失望了，住一晚竟然凍感冒了，
服務員給的暖風機一點都不管用！
早餐品種很普通！對不起這個價格！

環境不錯！服務差，打電話給總枱讓多送兩支水到房間，態度相當冷漠，還要另外收費，住這麼多酒店唯一要收費的！自來水漂白粉味重！朋友通過其他的平台訂房送早餐，我通過平台訂房還貴20多元不送早餐，實在想不通！以後不會再體驗帶温德姆的酒店！感覺被歧視了！

酒店環境不錯，附近有樓盤建設中，房間乾淨，攜程訂的套餐寫有水果送，實際沒有，在要求下，送了一些糖果。健身房太小，餐廳有蒼蠅，不建議晚自助餐，三文魚衹有一份，太寒酸。
