Restaurant was not clean.
Restaurante staff was very unpolite.They don't smile, don't say good morning and they will go over you, even if you are holding a hot cup!

Ibis hotel is very well located for business, near the event center, the airport and the shopping centers. It has taxi all the time and uber is easy. The room is small but enough. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is open until 10pm. The maintenance is a challenge that nedds attention. It was a great stay and I will be back.

Beds were not clean. Staff was nice, food was good. Far from everything. Toilet seat was broken. Rooms were small. No amenities in hotel. Wound up checking out 2 days earlier.

Ao chegar no hotel para fazer o check in, que pelo horário do hotel está previsto para o quarto estar pronto desde cedo, chegamos 7 da noite, com 2 crianças, cansados, e os quartos não está am prontos, alegaram que deveria ter Avisado que precisaria do sofá montado. Mas se era na divisão dos quartos 2 adultos e 1 criança, e o outro 1 adulto e 1 criança, deveria ao menos ter deixado notado. Caso n quisesse, pediria para transformar em sofá.
Mas ao chegar para o check in, tentando resolver a situação, com 2 crianças, a moça simplesmente deixou de nos atender para fazer o check out de uma pessoa que a mesma ficou na recepção até a hora que saímos para os quartos. Então o senhor poderia esperar um pouco, já que estava com crianças.
Sem contar a limpeza, que ficamos se sexta a segunda e em nenhum momento houve limpeza no quarto 1160. No sábado, passamos o dia fora, deixamos plaquinha e só vieram limpar justamente no horário que nos arrumavamos para um evento. E no domingo, a mesma coisa, passamos o dia fora, deixamos plaquinha e no horário que chegamos e iríamos colocar nossa filha para dormir, deparamos com o quarto sujo

Recepção com check-in 24h disponível; recepcionista educado e atencioso;
Pontos negativos
- Quarto: cama para criança é um sofá improvisado, usamos o único edredom disponível para forrar e disfarçar a divisa que incomoda as costas; chuveirinho do banheiro merece uma higienização melhor.
- Café da manhã: chegamos às 9h e não tinha mais nada disponível (utensílios; leite; pão de queijo; bolo). O pouco que tinha estava frio e com aparência estranha (ovo).
