Check in was so quick at 6pm. Within walking distance to Starbucks, BK, and QT. Great place to stay if you need to be near Alliance.

The reason why I gave a 4 instead of a 5, is the shower. I know you think this is complaint is frivolous, but the shower head is on the wrong end!! You have a shower that has a shower door and normally you would be able to move both shower doors so you can turn on the water but these particular showers are on the opposite end. The shower door doesn't move so you have to actually get in the shower to turn on the water and then you get wet. I don't know what purpose that serves, but it is very inconvenient. I would definitely go back, despite the odd shower, but I believe I have a valid complaint. The customer service is always great and the rooms are always clean.

Found a full size cat in the room when we brought no pets. We notified the front desk about it and to come remove it. No one ever came. We had to chase the cat and finally got the cat out of our room. We are in our 70s and really did not need to be running around the hotel room chasing a cat. The next morning when we went to eat breakfast, we found it in the room where you get ice. It was not until the next day that the team from the hotel came to ask about it.

Very clean but the walls are paper thin and there was a family with young children beside us and their children were running around and crying late at night (11:30-midnight) for an extended time and I had to call the front desk to ask them to ask the family to quiet things down. The people above us also sounded like a herd of cattle stomping around at all hours of the night and early morning.

Had trouble understanding the people at the front desk. Did not speak clearly. Parking is not all that great. Room was okay. Shower was very week. Over all just an okay place. Recommend maybe as a last resort.
