Rooms needing upgrades the paint on the wall is old and was peeling from the wall. And we heard someone running up and down the hall

Size of room was great. Suite actually, but beds inscrutable. Pillows very small and flat. Heater made loud popping noises. Shower did not work very well. Bathtub drain was broken. But it was very quiet and in good location.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone seemed liked they enjoyed their jobs and were very accommodating. The woman who set out the morning breakfast did an exceptional job. Thank you! I can always depend on Homewood Suites!

Overall the property is clean, the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the bed made noises every time we moved. Also, the surrounding areas didn’t felt safe. Not sure if there are cameras in the parking lot but if not, they should be installed for the safety of the guests and the vehicles.

I liked the day staff and how helpful they were. However the night staff attendant is horrible on the day that we arrived. We asked for extra towels and blankets and weren't accommodated because they "didn't have anymore". What hotel in the world doesn't have extras. They weren't booked fully either. So there was no excuse for that. However the next morning when the new people came in we asked and they were able to help. Also the sinks would back up when water was ran for longer than about 20 seconds. Other than that it was an ok experience

Breakfast was okay. But I didn’t like the building, kitchen was damaged, I couldn’t cook anything.

Room was large and fit all of us. A family of 7. Front staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the waffles. Room needs to be deep cleaned but you could tell they are in the process of upgrading the hotel.

Rooms were filthy, everything was caked in dust, dirty dishes in the washing machine, AND the floors clearly had never had a carpet cleaning. We had to wear shoes at all times as the floor was SUPER dirty and 1 second walking around your feet would be black.
